Don't Let A Fitness Diet Kill You

There are literally hundreds of well-meaning souls out there giving all manner of good advice about the ideal fitness diet. The good thing is that they are all right because they can only say so much about what is right and wrong. The fact is though slightly different to the theory, although the advice is good it may not be personal to you.
The good news is that you do not have to spend a fortune to set yourself up with the correct diet for YOU. Most of us are looking for some creative and appropriate meal ideas, - or at least some variety. If so, look no further. You'll get plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner meal ideas for you below.
This is not meant to be a definitive list and you should remember that your output of energy should not exceed your input otherwise your energy levels will decrease and your metabolism will lose direction. If your weight remains stable your exercise to energy intake is in balance and you can easily adjust either to suit your needs.
If you need a drink make it interesting!

Since you're eating a bodybuilding diet, you'll probably eat a lot of oatmeal. So let's make that interesting too.
Here is how you can Make Oatmeal Interesting.
Plain oatmeal in a bowl is good (and good for you). But when you get tired of plain oatmeal, here are some ideas to liven it up:
  • Stir hard-boiled eggs (or just the egg whites) in your oatmeal.
  • Sprinkle sunflower seeds or almonds into your oatmeal.
  • Add flavored whey protein into your oatmeal. Chocolate is good. But you may also try toffee or fruit flavors for something different.
  • Sprinkle raspberries, blueberries, bananas, strawberries, apples, peaches or your favorite fruit on top of your oatmeal.
  • Combine different fruits, such as strawberries and bananas.
  • Mix natural peanut butter or almond butter into your oatmeal.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top of your oatmeal.
Yet another way to make your oatmeal more interesting is to make oatmeal pancakes. You can make these on your griddle just like regular pancakes. Or you can use a dehydrator to create pancakes that are ready to eat any time.
Here's a recipe for regular oatmeal pancakes. Put the following ingredients into your blender:
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1-2 packets of Splenda
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of water
Blend until it's smooth (like batter should be). Then fry up on your griddle as usual. Top with your favorite fruit, such as mashed strawberries!
It is most important for your overall heath to eat properly while building body mass and improving your fitness. If you get it too wrong there are some unpleasant side effects to contend with. Most of us just want to look good and feel good. We want to be fit and healthy and sometimes, just sometimes be complemented on how we look.
